Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship all orders next business day. If we experience higher order volume, there may be slight delays in shipment.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday) and excluding public holidays (Queensland).

As part of Muditā’s commitment to the environment, all orders are packed using materials that are recyclable.

How much is postage?

$10 for standard road Australia wide shipping.

Free standard road shipping for orders over $80 within Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on where you are located delivery could be as quick as 2 business days (for the east coast) or up to 5-7 if you are located in remote or rural areas.  West coast can take a bit longer (7-21 business days).
